My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and beautiful with 2 doubles, on the 7th floor, equipped with a small fridge and safe. Although there was an issue with cleanliness, it was quickly resolved, and I enjoyed her delicious Singapore Slings. The rooftop pool was convenient to access.
During our 3-day stay, the hotel showcased fantastic rooms with 2 double beds in a handy location for shopping and food, although they are old but still clean. The service was warm and friendly, granting us an extension for checkout time, which allowed our youngest one an extra nap—a greatly appreciated gesture for my birthday. The location was spotless, near MRT and Orchard Rd, making it very convenient for tourism. Dining was exceptional, featuring a great dinner selection, with the staff being the friendliest I have ever come across. The hotel provided great value for money overall.
